By accessing or using MainRatios (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to the website at mainratios.com, associated subdomains, email communications, and all interactive features thereof.
MainRatios provides stock analysis tools including price-to-earnings ratio charts, financial ratios, sector analyses, and valuation frameworks inspired by the methodologies of well-known investors (Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, Peter Lynch, Joel Greenblatt, Charlie Munger, Howard Marks). All content is for educational and informational purposes only.
Fair value estimates, valuation signals (e.g. "undervalued", "overvalued"), quality grades, and other analytical outputs are computed via published methodologies. These outputs are algorithmic analyses of publicly available financial data and do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
MainRatios is not a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or under the laws of any U.S. state or foreign jurisdiction. We do not hold a license to give personalized investment advice.
MainRatios operates as a financial publisher under the publisher's exemption to the Investment Advisers Act. Our content is impersonal, is distributed generally to all subscribers of the same tier, does not take your individual financial situation into account, and is not tailored to you.
If you require personalized financial advice, please consult a licensed Registered Investment Adviser, Certified Financial Planner, or other qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Nothing on MainRatios constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or any other kind of professional advice. No fiduciary relationship, agency, or advisory relationship is created between MainRatios and any user.
All information, tools, valuations, signals, rankings, grades, and comparisons are provided as analytical output and should not be interpreted as recommendations, solicitations, offers, or endorsements to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. You understand and agree that any investment decisions you make based on information derived from MainRatios are made solely at your own risk. Past performance of any security, strategy, or valuation methodology is no guarantee of future results.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, for conducting your own due diligence, and for determining whether any security is suitable for your financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance.
Financial data displayed on MainRatios is sourced from third parties including Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but provide no warranty or guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to revision. Valuation outputs depend on input data and formula assumptions; reported outputs may differ from other published sources. Users should verify data independently before relying on it for any decision.
Valuation methodologies used on MainRatios are interpretations of the published works of well-known investors. These are not official models published or endorsed by those investors. No affiliation with or endorsement by Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, Peter Lynch, Joel Greenblatt, Charlie Munger, Howard Marks, or their respective firms is implied or should be inferred.
Published methodology is available at /methodology-investor-valuation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and MainRatios agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitrationadministered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by this section. The notice must include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. For any claim that a court of competent jurisdiction determines is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where required by law, by email notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
